Only 2 minutes walk from 'Jacobs Ladder', you toes will be buried deep in the lovely sand of Onetangi Beach within minutes of leaving the house, or take the gentler route and walk in the other direction down the main road leading to the beach and you will be there in 15 minutes. This lovely bright 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home, surrounded by Nikau Palms that give the property its name, has a lovely open plan living and kitchen area. This flows out to the front deck and alfresco seating area for that morning cuppa and a view of the vines. The lovely rear deck faces the North and provides you with all day sun in the privacy of the back yard for those sunbaking sessions.


Follow the hallway down to the three bedrooms, the master complete with an air conditioner and the gorgeous district views, the second bedroom with a set of bunks and the third generous room with a double bed.


There is a carport available alongside the house to keep your car cool. Hose down your beach gear in your own private backyard area and then wash it in the washing machine in the separate laundry complete with dryer.


Several of the most popular vineyards on the island - including Stonyridge, Batch, Te Motu, Te Whau, Frenchman's Hill and the islands latest show stopper, Tantalus are all close by and on the local bus route. For the more active guests, Wild on Waiheke, the Eco-zip and our beautiful 9 hole golf course are all just a short drive away.


Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - queen bed, Bedroom 2 - 1 set of bunk beds, Bedroom 3 - double bed.


Please Note: Check in is 2pm and checkout is 10am. An exit cleaning fee of $95 applies to each stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights holiday weekends and 2 nights all other times.
