The farm even has an old orchard where its delightful to laze under the apple and plum trees. Pay a visit to the biological market in Frederiksoord or the cosy summer evening markets in the nearby villages of Vledder, Diever and Dwingeloo. The diverse landscapes such as ashes, woods, farmlands and heathland turn the surroundings into a unique holiday area. The farmers lodge is located close the edge of the Drents Friese Wold National Park and the Dwingelderveld. You can cycle and walk here to your hearts content.
