This traditional half-timbered farmhouse nestles in the beautiful, hilly landscape of South-Limburg. The farmhouse is between the village of Epen and the Belgian border. The house is built around a courtyard and is comfortably furnished. It has retained much of its original character. The back of the house looks out over the Geul Valley with its beautiful, winding river and attractive hilly landscape. You can enjoy delightful countryside and sheer tranquillity to the full here. There are various excellent walking routes and you can also discover this delightful area by bicycle. The village of Epen is within walking distance and has restaurants, cafes, a supermarket and a baker. Due to the close proximity of the city of Maastricht, Belgium and Germany you can enjoy lots of interesting day trips here. The popular town of Valkenburg is twelve kilometres away. Aachen is also twelve kilometres. The famous Three Countries Point in Vaals is eleven kilometres and the attractive city of Maastricht is twenty five kilometres away.
