These comfortable farmhouse lodgings are just outside the village of Ballum on the Fresian island of Ameland. The lodgings have stylish interiors and are part of a typical Friesian 'long farmhouse' dating from 1950. The farmhouse has been completely renovated and the lodgings have every modern luxury and comfort. You can fully enjoy country life here amidst quiet, open spaces and beautiful nature. The farmhouse enjoys an unobstructed view of the Ameland Lighthouse. The beach is just two kilometres away and the traditional village of Ballum is about five minutes away by car. Ballum is the smallest village on Ameland and has an authentic Fresian character. The village has a restaurant, a cafe, a beach pavilion and a snack bar. You can discover the woods and dunes of this delightful island by bicycle or on foot.
