Villa Talos, complex of 3 buildings, is a very beautifully, just renovated, old oil press fabric and located in the village of Spaniakos, belonging to the area of Palaiochora (Southwest part of Chania municipality).
Organized in three sections. The first section is an old, historical building and includes the common areas.
Main building: (Only Ground floor) Dining room, Livingroom, second living room (with traditional objects), Kitchen and toilet with shower cabinet.
Second building: includes two separate bedrooms on the groundfloor
1st bedroom: One double bed and one sofa-bed, with private WC.
2nd bedroom: Two single beds, with private WC.
Third building: includes two separate bedrooms and an independent kitchen.
These bedrooms have also an attic each one:
1st Bedroom: One double bed on Groundfloor, two single beds on the attic, with private WC.
2nd bedroom: Two single beds on Groundfloor, and on the attic: one double bed and two single sofa-beds, with private WC.
Kitchen: With separate entrance, fully equipped.

Villa Talos, just a few km from the South Coast, is ideal for those who adore Meditarranean nature and want to avoid the disturbance of touristic activities.

Environment/surroundings :
In Greek mythology, Talos was a giant man of bronze who protected Crete from pirates and invaders. He circled the island's shores three times daily. It is said that the numerous beaches of Paleochora were made by his giant foots.
The village was purely turkish and had the largest mosque of the area of Chania. When it was demolished, its stones used for buiding the school. It is a tranquil village with olive groves, natural springs, 9 picturesque chappels, a fort and many traditional walking trails for trekking, while it is very close to the beautiful beaches of Paleochora, Elafonissi, Sougia and the gorge of Agia Irini.
