Ioulia villa can comfortably accommodate eight guests in 4 bedrooms all with ceiling fans.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with TV and four bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. Filled with built-in double beds, wooden ceiling with ceiling fans, charming decoration offering light, and an airy and relaxing atmosphere that is mirrored in the lovely outdoor areas. Walls are white with polished cement floorings giving a minimalized atmosphere.
The villa is down to its last detail designed to induce a sense of ultimate relaxation.

Ground floor: Living room with TV, stereo system, and Air Condition, dining table for 6, open plan fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (13 sq. meters) with en-suite shower rooms and closets as well as a guest WC.

Lower ground floor: Twin bedroom (14,50 sq. meters) with TV and garden view, closets and shower room.
The Cell
Optional independent cell bungalow for two guests with en-suite shower room.
Constructed as a farm building over 100 years ago, with a unique style, it has been carefully restored.
It has spectacular view and modest decoration.
This traditional cell bungalow may be combined with either Amelia or Ioulia villa.
