On this level, you can find a spacious living room with an open kitchen accessible both by the central entrance and by an assisting entrance as well as the main balcony with view to the beach.
The living room offers a comfortable lounge with a fireplace, a Smart TV with satellite channels, a home cinema with USB entrance, PS3 console with games and a HI-FI system.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven with grill, 4 cooker rings, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker for filter coffee and espresso, cooking kitchenware, a big refrigerator with freezer, serving utensils, a baby chair, and a dining table. In the balcony, a sitting lounge and two recliners are situated.
1-B level
