The villa and the surrounding area offer quiet luxury near Ftelia Beach on Mykonos’ northern coast. The house is a well-appointed retreat where you can enjoy the holiday of a lifetime - just minutes above one of the best beaches on the island.


★ The Villa ★

From the moment you arrive at the villa, you can utter a sigh of relaxation and relief. This villa’s exterior might look typically white-washed and Greek on its exterior, but its interior is unique and built with comfort and luxury in mind. There are views from almost every room and second-floor terraces with equally breathtaking views. You can enjoy meals, as well as the spectacular views, from the vast stone terrace or covered dining space overlooking the harbor below. We think you will find it difficult to pull yourself back inside again!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: There are two bedrooms with a total of three beds. One room sports a double/queen bed while the other offers two single beds. There also are two uniquely-designed bathrooms for your comfort.

Living and Dining rooms: The expansive living room is a spacious combination of living and dining rooms which makes spending time together easy to do and relaxing.

Kitchen: The kitchen is well-appointed and equipped for cooking - but, if you prefer not to cook, there is a tavern near the beach.

Amenities: We want to make your holiday comfortable and memorable so we provide needed amenities to guarantee that. The villa, of course, comes with wireless internet, washer and dryer, parking exclusively for the villa, air conditioning, and heating, television, all your bedding essentials, including bedding and towels, toiletries such as soap and toilet paper. There are a hairdryer and iron included as well.


★ Ftelia and Surrounding Area ★

Ftelia is a small, sandy beach on the northern coast of Mykonos, far from the tourists hordes for which the island is known. Near the beach is a neolithic settlement believed to include the tomb of the Iliad war hero, Ajax the Locrian. You’ll find Ftelia to be a very quiet and somewhat isolated beach compared to many others on the island. The area is sparsely populated making it ideal for those seeking a calmer and quieter holiday on the island. There are several restaurants at the beach. Many of the beaches along the northern coast are are popular with windsurfers and sailors because of the stronger winds.


★ Mykonos ★

Mykonos is approximately 85.5 square kilometers (33 square miles) with its highest point reaching 341 meters or 1,119 feet. There are approximately 10,134 full-time residents according to its 2011 census - most live in the town of Mykonos which also draws the most tourists.

Mykonos offers many things to keep you busy and has something for everyone from an active nightlife to ancient ruins and historic sites. The island is known for its turquoise waters and beautiful (usually busy) beaches. Sailing and windsurfing are popular activities on the northern coast where there’s often a strong wind.

In the town of Mykonos, the pedestrian street of Matoyianni/Matogianni Streets with its white buildings and charming shops makes a great outing. In the evening, check out Little Venice in the area of Charos with lively clubs and restaurants.

Other things to see:
Church of Paraportiai Dating back to the 15th century, it the oldest oldest church on the island.

Armenistis Lighthouse at Faros Armenistis 846 00, is probably more impressive than the the lighthouse itself and includes a pretty drive along a winding road.
