The luxury living area is complimented by 4 well appointed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms overlooking the swimming pool with 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
Also a relaxing terrace area bedside the swimming pool, 2nd floor bedroom terraces and a private car park area.
Our kitchen is modern with new kitchen appliances. It comes with a large refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.

This pool villa is located in the Southwest of Phuket, 700 meters walking distance to Laem Ka beach.
This situated in a closed neighbourhood and a quiet location within the gated community. You have access to the gym for free. 

We highly advise to get a sim card upon arrival at Phuket airport to have a Thai phone number. This will simplify your holidays. 

Electric usage 50 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included. Cleaning is not included, price is THB 2,400 per cleaning. Please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.
