Our cozy little house consists of 3 bedrooms equipped with all amenities and gives a very homely feeling to anyone looking for relaxation at the serene coasts of Ganpatipule. Ample parking, kitchen,easy roof access and quiet vicinity are the majors.
1 Storey house which contains a Living room, Kitchen and 3 huge spacious and airy bedrooms with self containedwell equipped bathrooms. Living room with a spacious verandah which is a perfect place to enjoy your mornings watching the Sea! Huge terrace overlooking the Sea Coast perfect for the evenings. Ample Parking space and House Compound. This house is a perfect place for you to spend your vacation as the vicinity is calm and quiet and blissful.
Guests will be allowed to access the Terrace and the surrounding compound and Parking area. Living Room and Kitchen will not be accessible to the guests.
Personally I am not always available at the property.However a caretaker will be available to help you with your needs. You can reach out to me personally through Phone calls or Texts.
The vicinity is calm and quiet and aloof from the rubles and noises of the citylife. Clear skies full of stars, Roaring of the Sea and Cool strong Sea breezes are the perfect epitomes of this place. Lovely and fresh SeafoodKonkan Style and Plethora of Cashews, Alphonso Mangoes, Jackfruits and Indian BlackberryJamuns. The soil of this place is very rich to cultivate the most expensive fruits exported from India. Even a couple of days will not be enough to explore the places around. The most popular tourist places here are Ganpati Temple, a row of beaches mainly Ganpatipule Beach, AareyWarey Beach, Malgund Beach, Prachin KonkanAncient Konkan, Keshavsut Smarak, Jaigad JettyFortGanesh Temple, Beach water sports, Ratnagiri and Pavas. The best thing you can do on the beach is to collect the world famous shells from the Beach. Dont be surprised if you find sea animals on the shore. Its a common sight at these Virgin beaches.
The best option to travel here is by your own vehicle. In case you don't have a vehicle then you may rent out the bikes available at the bike rentals in the town. Auto's are the most convenient mode of transport here. Volvo and Luxury Buses are available for long journeys just 200 metres away from my property. The nearest Railway station is Ratnagiri Railway station 20 kms approx away from the property.

About the Host, Shloka
Hi Folks, I am an engineer by profession currently working at Infosys. A frequent traveller who prefers bnb space due to its homely hospitality everywhere. Although sometimes I have to settle with the hotel accommodations where bnb is not available. I like connecting with people of various cultures and backgrounds and therefore I am listing my sweet little guest house bungalow situated on the coast of Ganpatipule which is a serene and a holy place for Lord Ganesha's devotees. Sitting on on the pavement of the house with piping hot tea staring at the beauty of the ocean. That's my definition of the perfect morning and that's what I am here to offer to everyone else. So I am sure to give you the perfect morning everyday when you stay at my little beach house! Hoping to see you guys!
