No expense was spared in furnishing and decorating this home with its earth-colored walls and original Tuscan-style art and decor. Here you will find all the luxuries of home and more!
Special Unique Features found only at this Villa include a large outdoor HD flat screen television, and automated Sunsetter Awning, outdoor candle sconces, a small lighted fountain. The indoor Smart HDTVs in the living room and master bedroom include free Netflix, wireless laptop connection, and other online services.

The sleeping accommodation features an elegant master suite with queen-size bed and its own full bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor you will find the second bedroom with two full-sized beds and its own bathroom, and the third bedroom with two twin beds, also with its own full bathroom allowing room for up to 8 guests. Each bedroom also boasts a HD flat screen TV and DVD player. On the second floor you will find a washer and dryer for added convenience.

The living room has two reclining couches, a large comfortable recliner, and a 47" HD smart TV complete with Netflix, Facebook and more. Enjoy free local phone calls and high-speed wireless (WiFi) Internet access with your laptop, Ipad or other wireless device. This home also has a new large screen Dell all-in-one system computer and desk as well!

The kitchen is well-equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave oven, and dishwasher all complimented with the new dishes, glassware and cooking appliances. You will dine on a Tuscan-style wooden table that expands to accommodate up to 8 people

Out back you can enjoy our pool, which can be heated if necessary (rarely needed) for an additional charge. Outside the pool area you also will find a small dining table, two reclining chairs, a propane BBQ for outdoor grilling, an indispensable electric awning, candle wall sconces, and a lighted corner fountain to create a magically relaxing atmosphere in the evening.
