This comfortable holiday house with pool is located in the place Nova Vas which is 6 kilometers away from Porac and the nearest beaches. The house was built in 2012, and is furnished with new and modern furniture. Located on its own piece of land of 500 m2, the house offers its guests a swimming pool, well maintained garden with barbecue, terrace with garden furniture and its own parking place for 2 cars.

The house is for 6-8 people with a total of 135 m2. On the ground floor there's a completely equipped kitchen, dining-living room with a two-persons sleeping couch, satellite TV and exit onto a terrace facing the swimming pool, one two-persons bedroom with a double bed, shower/toilet.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with a common terrace, one of them with french bed and one with single beds, bath/toilet with whirlpool.
The house is air conditioned on both floors.
