Environment/surroundings :
This spacious apartment is situated in an old restored farmhouse, located on an estate in Terni province, in southern Umbria. The estate is one of the largest in Umbria and consists of almost 3,000 acres of woodlands, vineyards, olive groves, fields and pastures.

There are three apartments in this farmhouse; two in the main building and one in the old hayloft. From the lawn in front of the home you reach the large private veranda, where you have a nice, covered sitting area. From this veranda you enter the apartment's spacious living room/kitchen. This is a nice place to enjoy a good glass of wine in front of the open fireplace during cooler days. You can cool off in the swimming pool on hot days.

The estate borders on the Lago di Corbara reservoir and the Orvieto Classico wine region. Visit the town of Todi with its beautiful Piazza del Popolo or the city of Orivieto, where you can find one of the most beautiful Gothic cathedrals of Italy. Perugia and Assisi are easy to get to as well. And at 130 kilometres, you'll find the city that needs no introduction at all: Rome!
