Environment/surroundings :
This large apartment is situated in an old restored farmhouse, located on an estate in southern Umbria. This is one of largest estates in Umbria; consisting of almost 3,000 acres of woodlands, vineyards, olive groves, fields and pastures.

There are three apartments in this farmhouse; two in the main building and one in the old hayloft. The stone staircase on the lawn in front of the house will lead you up to the small veranda where you'll find the entrance to your apartment. The terracotta flooring, wooden rafters, robust wooden furniture, some of which used to be in the Castello di Corbara; the entire apartment exudes the typical Umbrian atmosphere. The fireplace in the living room provides a lovely warmth on cooler days. On sunny days, it's nice to sit out in front of the house, or find yourself a spot by the pool.

Visit the town of Todi with its beautiful Piazza del Popolo or the city of Orvieto where you can find one of the most beautiful Gothic cathedrals of Italy. Perugia and Assisi are easy to get to as well. And at 130 kilometres, you'll find the city that needs no introduction at all: Rome!
