Environment/surroundings :
This detached holiday home for 4 people lies on a beautiful estate of more than 1200 ha. in the south of Umbria. The estate is a hybrid company where grain, vegetables, and fruit are grown and where oil and wine are produced. Currently, nine different wines lie in the basements of the estate.

You enter through the live-in kitchen with a cozy open fireplace. The house is cozily decorated with terracotta tile floors and wooden beamed ceilings with, among others in the living room, a beautiful curved ceiling. The perfect environment to enjoy your Umbrian holiday. Outside you can sit wonderfully on the veranda or in the garden to eat or read a book, but its also lovely to leisure by the pool.

There is a shop on the estate where you can buy all the estate's own products. Of course all these products are used in the restaurant located on a central location on the estate. The estate borders on the Lago di Corbara reservoir and the Orvieto Classico wine region. Visit the small city of Todi with its beautiful Piazza del Popolo or go to the city Orvieto. Perugia and Assisi are easy to get to as well.
