Being part of Waiheke Resort, this Villa has access to the restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the swimming pool and the tennis courts and is a short 5 minute stroll to Palm Beach itself. The lovely large deck is where you will spend most of the day taking in the gorgeous views and all day sun. There is a bus stop directly across the road from the resort and local shops include a dairy and only 4km away from some of Waiheke's Finest vineyards such as Stoneyridge, Te Motu, Tantalus Estate.


Villa Blanc is on 1 level and has fabulous easy access with no stairs and includes off street parking. The convenience of a fully equipped kitchen means you can experience the best of Waiheke, whether you choose to venture out or dine in. It comes with a 4 burner electric stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher and bar fridge. The living room is the hub of the home and comes complete with a reverse cycle heat pump, flat screen TV, stereo and more of those beautiful views. A Washing machines and dryers are available for guests in the resort. There is plenty of drying space available on that lovely large deck for beach towels, swimmers, boogie boards etc.


There is also ample parking for guests, and vineyards such as Casita Miro, Goldie and Kennedy Point are all close by. Don't forget to check out our new flagship vineyard - Tantalus as well!


PLEASE NOTE: An exit cleaning fee of $95 applies to each stay. Minimum stays: This property is available for 1 night stays Mon-Thursday, anytime outside of our peak season. Please email an enquiry for this as you cannot booking single nights directly through the website - 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights holiday weekends and 2 nights most other times. Linen including bath towels is included.
