The villa is situated on the side of a hill surrounded by pine trees. It overlooks Santa Eulalia and the countryside of Ibiza. It is only a short drive from Santa Eulalia where you can find numerous restaurants, bars, beaches and water sports. It is also possible to walk within 30 minutes but the hill is quite high. It is fully equipped and you will find all you need to have a relaxing and peaceful holiday.
There are 3 good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is also a guests cloakroom off the living room, which is large bright and comfortable.
The plunge pool is on the roof terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy the fabulous views across ibiza. Also here is an outside shower.
Off the kitchen there is a garden terrace where you can enjoy eating under the stars.
For your security the property is fully alarmed.
All in all a fantastic place to take that relaxing dream holiday in ibiza.
There is a separate apartment with its own private entrance and terrace. This can be rented separately in July and August at an extra fee of 500 euros per week, 90 euros per night. This allows an extra 2 guests.
