This classically furnished detached villa was renovated in 2010 and is just 1.5 km from the Atlantic and its marvellous sandy beaches. The villa is 3 km from Moëlan sur Mer. This town is in the southern part of the Finistère region and has a diverse coastline that stretches for 14 km, ranging from steep cliffs to little fishing harbours nestled in rugged coves. You will also find a variety of beaches in sheltered inlets here. There are 3 picturesque little harbours less than 10 km from the villa: Bélon, Merrien and Brigneau.

Brittany is the westernmost region of France. Brittany is a peninsula and is predominantly rural. You won't find a lot of big cities here. Brest, Vannes, Quimper and Concarneau are all well worth a visit.
