This apartment has been beautifully modernised to provide you with cost effective high quality accommodation within easy reach of the beach. Ideal for a couple or a couple with a small child as there is 1 King Size bed in the bedroom and a small single Divan in the hall. This apartment offers a small living room with a wall mounted LCD TV and Tata Sky satellite TV, (English films & premier football), The kitchenette with basic cooking and tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge, microwave and induction cooker. The bedroom has air conditioning, a King size bed and a wardrobe, a modern fully tiled bathroom, shower, European toilet, hot & cold water, and an installed safe. It's a compact modern base for a couple on a Candolim Holiday. Situated at the rear of the resort, this room is away from the madding crowd with the luxury of being inside the security of the resort complex and just minutes walk to Candolim Beach.
The Resort has to offer; large swimming pool, poolside bar, restaurant, Ayurveda,, & free self-parking is available on site. This is a charming resort which offers a stay full of peace and enjoyment. This resort covered by swaying coconut groves and lush paddy fields is a cosy abode for travellers from varied spheres of life.”
Cleaning will be done once a week with towels and linen changed at that time.

The Owner of the property provides a Pay As You Go Wi-Fi Dongle. It is a 3G Dongle; The Wi-Fi password is provided on the Dongle. This is Goa and speeds can be unreliable especially during busy times. A small credit is provided and can easily be topped up locally.

For a small charge we can arrange your transfer from the Airport/Rail Station/Bus station.

We will send you welcome and check in details and request you to complete Registration (Compulsory Registration is required, this is Indian Law) for the property and provide us with arrival details, so we can arrange to meet you / hand over keys.

We are here in Goa to be of assistance to you during your stay. We are here to take care of maintenance issues and provide a weekly clean with clean bed linen and towels provided once a week. We are just an SMS/text message away if problems arise. Getting Around Candolim , is easy just a walk away, as everything is within close proximity. However car and bike hire is readily available. There are also many taxis to take you on those famous Goa trips. Less than 10 minute’s walk to Candolim's clean, white and sandy beach which, has a large selection of beach shacks offering excellent value for money food and drinks. Water sports, fishing and boat trips are available nearby. Candolim is buzzing with life. You don’t have to walk for more than a few minutes before you get to a shop, a bar, a restaurant. The beach is also right there on your doorstep so you have beach shacks to visit also. Night-time on Holiday street is alive with lights, entertainers, street sellers. The perfect recipe for a great holiday.
The Neighborhood
Candolim is a beautiful village of North Goa situated at about 15 km from Panaji in the Bardez Taluka. Candolim is the place to be in to spend the evenings in the best possible manner. You must check out the makeshift bars and restaurants made from wood and palm leaves on the beachside.
