The complex is calm, serene, whisper quiet and is situated opposite the Highland Beach Resort in the heart of Candolim and is a short stroll from numerous restaurants and bars. Candolim beach is an 8 minute walk away with many beach shacks, where you can eat, drink and relax or enjoy views of the Arabian sea.

The apartment offers spacious two bedroom living accommodation. One king sized bed and two singles. With two private balconies, relax with a drink, outside, overlooking the beautiful, clear swimming pools and lush, landscaped gardens.

The apartment offers;

Lounge; In the lounge there is a 3 seater comfortable sofa, a TV, Tata sky satellite box.. The lounge is a large size and tastefully decorated.
Kitchen; European style fitted kitchen with base and wall cabinets. There is a front-loading washing machine, electric hotplate (induction) and microwave for basic cooking needs, there is a fridge/freezer and utensils are provided.
Bedroom 1; This bedroom has a large double bed, split air conditioning and a large double wardrobe with ample storage space. This bedroom leads out onto the large front balcony.
Bedroom 2; This room is at the rear of the property and has ample space and leads on to a rear balcony. There are 2 single beds, a double door, wardrobe. There is also a safe.
Bathroom; A nice modern standard bathroom is there and hot/cold water. This is located on the corridor between the two bathrooms.
All windows and doors to the balconies are fitted with mosquito nets.
There is an inverter for emergency light and fan power.
Outside; The large well-lit 7m private balcony at the front has a Table and chairs, where you can relax and dine or have an evening drink watching the famous Goan sunset, it overlooks the swimming pools and beautiful landscaped gardens that are maintained daily it is Pool facing and is ideal for sitting out in the afternoon / evening where the rays of the sun will keep you warm, whilst you discuss the matters of the moment and set right the wrongs of the world. It can be accessed from the Lounge or from the Master bedroom. On the balcony there is a dining table and 4 chairs. There are 3 swimming pools equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas for communal use.

Getting Around

Most people in Candolim walk as everything is within close proximity. However car and bike hire is readily available. There are also many taxis’s to take you on those famous Goa trips. Less than 10 minute’s walk to Candolim's clean, white and sandy beach which, has a large selection of beach shacks offering excellent value for money food and drinks. Water sports, fishing and boat trips are available nearby. Candolim is buzzing with life. You don’t have to walk for more than a few minutes before you get to a shop, a bar, a restaurant. The beach is also right there on your doorstep so you have beach shacks to visit also. Night-time on Holiday street is alive with lights, entertainers, street sellers. The perfect recipe for a great holiday.
The Neighborhood
Candolim is a beautiful village of North Goa situated at about 15 km from Panaji in the Bardez Taluka. It is one of the most happening tourist hot-spots and is very famous for its beautiful beach. While at the Candolim beach do not miss out the Fort Aguada. The fort was built by the Portuguese way back in 1912 for defence against the Dutch and the Maratha invaders. Along with the fort the church, lighthouse and the barracks of the Aguada Jail have become tourist attractions. Candolim beach take a plunge, or just sun bathe. For the more adventurous amongst you there is the option of indulging in water sports like parasailing and jet skiing. There is also a church situated in the village known as the church of Our Lady of Good Hope. It was built in 1560 by Father Pedro De Belem. It is well known for its stained glass work inside.
Candolim is the place to be in to spend the evenings in the best possible manner. You must check out the makeshift bars and restaurants made from wood and palm leaves on the beachside.
