This is a luxury, ground floor apartment in central Candolim, only a few minutes walk to Candolim beach, it offers;
Living Room: Seating with 3+2 sofa set which is modern and comfortable. There is TV and Tata Sky Satellite connection (English Films) & a coffee table. The living room opens into a large balcony, overlooking the beautiful, clear swimming pools and lush, landscaped gardens, relax with a drink, outside.
Kitchen: It is well furnished with cabinets, has a large fridge, front loading automatic, washing machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, cooking pans and all the cutlery required for 4 people. There is a water filter also.
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1, with queen size bed, 2 bed tables and a large wardrobe. Door opens to front balcony overlooking pool. Bedroom 2, with one large bed, side tables, lamps and wardrobes. Door opens to a private balcony overlooking the rear of the complex.
Bathroom There is one common bathroom with WC shower area and hot and cold water.
Other: There is iron, iron board, a clothes drying hanger in the apartment. The major balcony facing the swimming pools has four chairs and a cane dining table.
There are 2 private sun-beds around the pool for this apartment.
Outside; - The large well-lit 7m private balcony at the front has a Table and chairs, where you can relax and dine or have an evening drink watching the famous Goan sunset, it overlooks the swimming pools and beautiful landscaped gardens that are maintained daily it is Pool facing and is ideal for sitting out in the afternoon / evening where the rays of the sun will keep you warm, whilst you discuss the matters of the moment and set right the wrongs of the world. It can be accessed from the Lounge or from the Master bedroom.
There is a 3-seater cane sofa and two chairs.

There are 3 swimming pools equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas for communal use.

All windows and doors to the balconies are fitted with mosquito nets.

There is a weekly clean & linen change included in the price.

Less than 10 minute’s walk to Candolim's clean, white and sandy beach which, has a large selection of beach shacks offering excellent value for money food and drinks. Water sports, fishing and boat trips are available nearby. Candolim is buzzing with life. You don’t have to walk for more than a few minutes before you get to a shop, a bar, a restaurant. The beach is also right there on your doorstep so you have beach shacks to visit also. Night-time on Holiday street is alive with lights, entertainers, street sellers. The perfect recipe for a great holiday.

The development sits in lush green and beautifully maintained gardens. The gate is manned 24 x 7 by security guards, ensuring the complex facilities are used by the apartment occupants only. The site has a number of gardeners and pool attendants who maintain the highest level of standards.
