The apartment offers
Lounge; There is a spacious lounge area with a TV with Tata Sky and a 3 seater sofa. A Beautiful antique chair and furnishing brings an Old Goan feel to the room.there are tables and a large dining table giving ample room for 6 to sit, there is a ceiling fan. The apartment is ground floor pool facing so from your living room you can walk out onto the beautiful front balcony and look out onto the swimming pool. Lovely gardens around the place also shade the apartment so that its not overlooked.
This apartment is ideal for families with children as it can sleep 4 on two double beds. One room however is not fully closed off as it is an open plan extension of the living room. This room has an air conditioning unit a double bed and a small wardrobe.
The 2nd bedroom also has a double bed, side tables, and a wardrobe plus ceiling fan.
There are 2 bathrooms, both common and next to each other. Both are shower rooms with hot and cold water showers.
Kitchen; This is a good size and leads from the living area by way of a door. There are base and wall cupboards plus a small working platform. There is a fridge freezer , electric kettle, 2 ring gas burner and a toaster for basic cooking needs. Basic cooking utensils are there along with plates and mugs. There is a fully automatic front loading washing machine and a microwave oven.
Outside; There are two balconies attached to this apartment, a pool facing one, off the living room and a rear facing balcony located off the enclosed bedroom.
Las Palmas is a private residential complex, a quiet place for families and couples. It has beautifully landscaped gardens, and a nice size swimming pool.

There are towels and linen provided and cleaning once a week where the linen and towels will be changed.

The Neighbourhood

Quiet and peaceful but only mins away from shops, restaurants and bars, you can walk to Spice Oven or St Sebastian’s within 2 minutes or Honey's, All Spice or Nic n Nats Restaurants within 5 minutes. Arpora has a local supermarket and wine store plus fresh fruit and veg for shopping needs. ATM’s, & chemists.

Getting Around

Calangute and Baga is 5 minutes away by Bus, Tuk-Tuks or taxi. Taxi drivers won’t miss you! Taxi, taxi. Yep you won’t go far without being asked if you want one. If you want to be more independent then bike or car hire is easily done. Buses to Calangute and Anjuna run close by.
Within a 5 minute walk into Arpora you can book car/bike hire, trips to waterfalls, spice plantations, river cruises, elephant safari, fishing trips and much more, there is also Internet facilities in nearby Arpora, supermarkets, clothes and jewellery shops and money exchange. Arpora is much smaller and quieter than nearby Baga and Calangute. This is a very popular resort for short breaks. Baga is the nearest larger resort about 15-20 minutes’ walk away, where there are a large number of restaurants, bars, shops etc. Arpora hosts two markets and will satisfy even the best shopaholics.
