For cultural excursions the medieval Moissac (16 km) is an absolute must; visit St. Peter's abbey church, the water bridge crossing the river, the fruit market and especially the famous monastery. Or the medieval fortified town Lauzerte (23 km) located on a high altitude, beautiful pink Montauban with its monumental arcade square, museums, gardens, 14th century bridge, and cute narrow streets (28 km).
