Remarks :
The villa, built in traditional regional style is situated 5km from the marina and from the well-appointed La Hume beach, nestling in the golf course, amidst luxuriant vegetation and close to the club house.
At your disposal you will find a private outdoor non-heated swimming pool open from mid-May to mid-September, bike hire and free WiFi connection. Also you can have an iron and ironing board available to borrow (with deposit).
At Gujan Mestras you can find golf course (special prices for our holidaymakers), or if you want to have an active holiday you can rent a bike. For an additional fee you can rent a towel set or a bed linen change (because bed and bath linen is initially provided), a cleaning package or final cleaning.
Deposit and tourist tax must be paid on the spot. The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post during the week following.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.
Pets are admitted for an additional fee and if they have an up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.
