Remarks :
The Residence comprises a little hamlet, made up of houses built side by side plus several apartment buildings.
At your disposal you will find an outdoor heated swimming pool and paddling pool, open from April to mid-September; computer with fee-paying Wi-Fi connection; launderette (for a fee); and free outdoor car park (1 parking space per apartment). Bed linen is provided. For an additional fee you can rent a TV, final cleaning and/or a baby set. During summer there are leisure activities available for your children: FREE in July and August, children's activity club for children aged 4 to 11 (5 half days per week); Adosph?re, and free activities for teenagers 12 to 15 year old.
Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax must be paid upon arrival. The deposit will be given back after inventory on the day of departure (or by post). The accommodation should be left perfectly clean, otherwise a statutory sum will be deducted from the deposit.
Pets will be admitted for an additional fee provided they have an up-to-date vaccination certificate and a tattoo. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.
