Remarks :
At your disposal:
- Outdoor, heated swimming pool with paddling pool (450m?) open from mid-April to mid-September (subject to modifications and according to weather conditions) - except July and August - from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm and another outdoor swimming pool with 5 water chutes and paddling pool (forbidden to children under 6 years old and less than 1m20).
- Petanque area, multi-activity sports ground, ping-pong table, free tennis, boules pitch, football pitch, volleyball ground, children's playground.
- Fee-paying billiards and electronic games, fee-paying WiFi and laundry, outdoor parking at the entrance of the campsite (1 parking space next to each mobile home).

In July and August: press point, tourism information point, bike hire, free little train within the campsite and shuttle for the town-centre of S?te (4 times per day).

Leisure activities
FREE: All season (more or fewer activities depending the period)
Sports entertainment during the day and evening shows
Mini club for children from 4 to 12 years old (excluding weekends)
Meetings for teenagers from 13 to 17 years old (excluding weekends)

Included in the price:
- Apartment rental
- Free outdoor parking (1 parking spot per accommodation)
- Access to the swimming pools according to opening dates and weather conditions
- The animations in July/ August

Miscellaneous:
- Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the spot.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum of 60 will be kept from the deposit.
- Swimming trunks obligatory in the residence's swimming pools!!!
- Household linen is to be brought by the client.
- Baby kit hire (highchair + bed, without mattress and sheets) on reservation and subject to availability: 30 per week + deposit of 25 .
- Barbecue hire: 25 per week + deposit of 50 . Clients can bring their only electric barbecue or gas.
- No Tv hire.
- Possibility for bike hire (subject to availability): 30 per week per bike + deposit of 200 per bike.
- Pets: only 1 pet is allowed per mobile home (dangerous dogs are forbidden). Up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence; forbidden at the swimming pool. In case you wish to bring other pets please inquire in advance.
