Damage:
In the event the tenant is responsible for any damage, loss and/or gross negligence to the property, the total costs will be charged to the tenant, less the amount of the security deposit already paid.
Supply of gas, water and electricity:
The costs for the use of water, gas and electricity will be charged to the account of the tenant from 1st November till 1st April.
Pets are not allowed on the premises, unless otherwise stated.
Security deposit and extras:
Upon receiving the keys, the security deposit must be paid in cash. Other amounts will be mentioned on the invoice. If nothing has been damaged, the owner will return the security deposit on the day of departure, at the latest.
