- Board games, reading: at the reception
- free WiFi at the reception (available if the connection is working properly).

Warning: The terrain on which the units are located is sloping. The accommodations are located on cemented walkways. Vehicle is essential.

THE PRICE INCLUDES
- the accommodation

- Water and electricity charges (included up to 40 kwh / day in winter)
- A parking space. Some accommodations are very close to the parking, especially the accommodations equipped for persons with reduced mobility.
- Access to the outdoor swimming pool, open from mid-June to mid-September
- Access to games

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Compulsory fees:
- 2 deposits: a deposit for the apartment: 200 and a deposit for the cleaning (having the value of the final cleaning service), if it is not booked by the client.
Inventory at the beginning and at the end of stay.
- Tourist tax (only in July and August, for adults and children over 13 years old)

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
The additional services are optional, to be booked in advance and paid locally. The following additional services are available (against extra fee): internet connection, towels rental, bed linen rental, laundry. The deposit and the extra services can be paid on the spot by cheque or by cash.

One pet per apartment will be accepted (against extra fee), vaccination certificate up-to-date and tattoo required.

Please note that you can book short stays too (minimum 3 nights - except July, August and October). In this case, please contact our company in advance to check the availability with the owner.
