Remarks :
Included in the rental price:
- The access to the indoor heated swimming pool, fitness area and sauna
- The house linen (bed linen and 1 bath towel per person)
- The final cleaning (except the kitchen area and the dishes)
- The rental of baby bed/ high chair (on request, subject to availability)
- The television
- The outdoor parking
- The wi-fi access at the reception

The rental price does NOT include:
- The deposit: amount to be remitted upon arrival at the reception. This deposit is a guarantee and it will not be cashed if no damage is done to the apartment.
- The tourist tax: amount/ night/ person
- The extra services (pet, laundry, kitchen cleaning kit, breakfast, barbecue, extension cord, fan)
- The loan service of iron, hairdryer, kettle

The reception is open:
- during the weekdays from 9 am to 12 at noon and from 5 pm to 8 pm
- on Saturday from 8 am to 12 at noon and from 3 pm to 8 pm
- on Sunday from 8 am to 11 am and from 5 pm to 8 pm
