Private: property 35 ha with trees, pond, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, 01.05.-30.09.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Garden furniture. In the house: central heating system. Shop 5 km, restaurant 5 km. Golf course 15 km, tennis 10 km. Please note: car recommended. Facilities: BBQ plancha. Boules pitch in front of the house. Lake at 150m. Access to the house is by a private dirt and stone road for 1.7 km (the first 150 m is in a poor condition). Included in the rental: 2 hours of cleaning per week and 1 change of linen for stays of a minimum of 14 days. On request, extra, possible to secure the services of a caterer or chef.
